How tourism can be a lever to heritage promotion and preservation

After announcing a partnership with our organisation, Airbnb and EHH worked together to promote heritage tourism across Europe, reaching their peak with a webinar on 15 March 2023.
The discussion, a tailored event for historic house owners and entitled “How tourism can be a lever to heritage promotion and preservation”, was focused on teaching attendees about heritage tourism trends and the benefits of becoming an Airbnb host, as well as the importance of historical tourism visitors across Europe. This was explained by Iulia Niculica, Head of Administration of the European Travel Commission, Airbnb representatives Georgina Browes, Policy Lead, and Chloé Seifert, Heritage Programme Manager, and EHH Head of Office Ewelina Oksiuta.
