CHARTER Alliance Paris Conference 2024

The CHARTER Alliance Paris Conference took place on March 19th-20th and gathered many experts in the domain of cultural heritage. Organised in partnership with ICOMOS, Institut national du patrimoine and Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, the participants had the chance to listen and exchange on many subjects regarding the challenges and future perspectives of professional competences and skills in the sector.
 
Some of the parallel sessions featured to exchange on key areas included the role of research for professional development, job vacancies & training recognition or even the role of governments in up-skilling and re-skilling the cultural heritage sector. After a day of insightful discussions and different perspectives brought to the table, all participants had an insightful look at the professional challenges that individuals from students to active leaders can encounter in the field.
